Morning
Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from Jesus

Reading : MARK 14 verses 32-42

Meditation : consider these events and words again this morning.
Jesus in Prayer.
What do they mean for you in your life?
Who is this Jesus to you?

And then Pray in response – as God leads you
Pray with confidence to our Father God to bless others known to us
Especially those struggling with a hard decision at this time

Amen – we pray together.

Midday

Pray God’s blessing on the work of FRESH START in these times
Father God, hear our prayers, have mercy and bless them real good we ask.

Evening
Reading : read this passage again from MARK 14
Reflect on the words you have just read and pray in response

Lord Jesus, hear our evening prayers as we respond to these words
Thank you that you understand our struggles
And bring a blessing to those in need this evening we ask.
Amen.

A Call to Evening Prayer

You are invited to pause and pray with others on this World Day of Prayer in our Church Family and around the world at this time in your day

You may want to revisit the Daily Devotions Bible verses for today – MATTHEW 14 vs 22 and 23

You may need to name others in need known to you before Father God

You may want to be still in God’s Presence as your day closes

You are encouraged to pray for all those affected by the coronavirus

For family and friends and neighbours

For all who feel lonely in our villages and towns and cities at this time
