Reading: HEBREWS 13:15+16.
Meditation: as we pause with Jesus today, we take time to consider these verses.
- Continual offering
And then pray to Him.
Father, we sacrifice this day to You.
Our words and deeds are Yours to guide.
We praise you with each word.
You are almighty, victorious and wonderful.
You are the Father of my heart.
In Jesus’ name, amen.
Midday:
Pray the words of the Lord’s Prayer as your own prayer today.
Our Father, who art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts,
as we forgive our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the Kingdom,
the power and the glory, forever.
Amen.
Evening:
Read the verses again from HEBREWS 13:15+16.
Reflect and pray in response to what you read.
Lord, forgive us when we forget to praise You this day.
Lord, help us tomorrow to live in Your truth,
doing good deeds and sharing Your light with others.
In Your name, amen.
