Meditation: we take time to consider these words this Sunday morning.
- Jesus Christ has come in the flesh
- Jesus Christ is from God
Then we pray to this God in response.
Father God, we thank You
for sending Your son to this world,
sending him to save us.
Help us to discern Your spirit
and protect us from deception of the evil one.
In Jesus’ name, amen.
Midday:
Pray the words of the Prayer for the Month as your own prayer.
Jesus Christ, the Supreme King,
Guide us this day, week and month,
To follow your teachings,
To show Your love and our faith through our deeds.
Help us to hold strong in times of suffering,
Recognizing those who would lead us astray.
We worship You, our LORD,
Amen.
Evening:
Read these set words again from 1 JOHN 4:1-6.
Reflect and then pray to this God of ours.
Lord Jesus, You are the greatest in all creation.
All worship to You.
We listen tonight to the Spirit of truth
ignoring the words of falsehood.
We listen tonight to the Spirit of truth,
speak You guidance into our hearts.
