Morning:
Reading: 2 SAMUEL 2:8-32.
Meditation: as we pause with God, we take time to consider these words.
“Don’t you realize that this will end in bitterness?”
And then pray in response to this God.
Lord God, we are often surrounded by bitterness.
Life brings us indecision, hate, and fear.
Help us navigate those situation
with integrity, grace and love.
In Jesus’ name, amen.
Midday:
We pray God’s blessing on those on our Church Prayer List.
For those who need Your help, pour out Your blessings. Amen.
Evening:
Read these words again from 2 SAMUEL 2:8-32.
Take time to reflect and pray to Father God.
Lord God, we come to you in reflection.
How have we handled bitterness today?
Have we relented to distrust and hatred.
Show us Your way, Lord,
that we might follow.
