Morning:
Reading: REVELATION 1:9-20.
Meditation: consider these particular words this new morning.
“I was in the Spirit, and I heard…”
And then respond in prayer to this God, our God.
Heavenly Father, thank You that You are not a silent God.
We are grateful that we can enter Your house,
in Your Spirit.
And when we are in the Spirit,
You will speak to us.
Open our eyes today to listen to Your message.
In Jesus’ name, amen.
Midday:
Be still and know the peace of God as you ask, seek and knock.
We are here Lord, we knock, we seek, we hear, amen.
Evening:
Read the set verses again from REVELATION 1:9-20.
Reflect on what is said here and then pray.
Lord Jesus, the Living One,
You were dead, but conquered death.
Help us not to be afraid when You speak to us.
Help us to follow Your will and example in our lives.
You are alive!
You are eternal!
As are we, through Your power.
