Morning:
Reading: PSALM 75.
Meditation: as we pause with God today, we consider these truths.
“people tell of your wonderful deeds. You say, “I choose the appointed time;’”
And then we take the time to respond in prayer with Him – asking, seeking, knocking.
Lord God, we seek you.
We knock at your door to enter your presence,
asking for patience to wait for your perfect timing.
As we embark on this day, fill our lungs with your Spirit,
to tell everyone we meet of your wonderful deeds.
In Jesus’ name, amen.
Midday:
Take time to listen for God to speak with you – ask, seek, knock – hear!
We are here Lord, we knock, we seek, we hear, amen.
Evening:
Read the words again from PSALM 75.
Reflect and then pray in response to our God.
Christ Jesus, we come to you this evening,
and surrender to your will.
Let your will be seen in our lives,
let us trust in your plan for us.
In your name, amen.
