Morning:
Reading: PSALM 119:57-64.
Meditation: we take time to consider these words this morning.
“The earth is filled with your love, Lord”
And then we pray to this God in response.
Holy Father, lover of my soul,
we look to your creation this morning,
and meditate on your power.
You filled this world with your love,
reflecting on the comfort you gave us.
Show us the best way to respect your provision.
In Jesus’ name, amen.
Midday:
Pray the words of the Prayer for the Month as your own prayer.
Heavenly Father, Saviour Jesus and Holy Spirit,
protect us from our weaknesses
and deliver us from despair.
We look to you in our suffering,
and raise our voices in worship.
All praise is given to your name, amen.
Evening:
Read these set words again from PSALM 119:57-64.
Reflect and then pray to this God of ours.
King Jesus, brother and friend,
we bring our thanks to you this evening.
At the end of another week we reflect.
We assess our behaviour against your call.
We are sorry for the wrong we have done,
and ask for the strength to build on the good.
In your name we pray, amen.
