Morning:
Reading: PSALM 114.
Meditation: as we pause with God, take time to consider these particular words today.
“Tremble, O earth, at the presence of the Lord.”
And then pray in response.
Lord God, our awesome and almighty King,
nothing and no one on earth is a great as you,
no one is more deserving of our praise.
We meditate on your tremendous acts this morning,
in thanks we remember what you have done for us.
In Jesus’ name, amen.
Midday:
We pray God’s blessing on believers in China.
Bring safety and freedom to worship you for our brothers and sisters in Christ, amen.
Evening:
Read the verses again from PSLAM 114.
Reflect and then pray to this God in response.
Lord Jesus, the word of God,
speak into our lives this evening.
We ask for you to part, remove or demolish,
anything that is hindering our journey to you.
Let the ‘water’ of our obstacles be parted in front of us,
for our feet to cross safety on firm ground.
We come to you with each step, amen.
