Reading: PSALM 77
Morning:
Reading: PSALM 77.
Meditation: consider this passage as this new day begins.
“Your ways, God, are holy. What god is as great as our God.”
And then respond in prayer to this God, our God, using the words of verses 10 to 15.
Lord God, you always stretch out your hand to your people.
This morning, we stretch ours back to you and hold on.
We reflect on your deeds this morning,
from the miracles of long ago,
to those more recently witnessed.
We meditate on your mighty deeds.
No god is greater than you, our God.
No god is greater than you, our redeemer.
We praise you, Lord.
In Jesus’ name, amen.
Midday:
We pray God’s blessing on believers in South Korea.
Bring safety and freedom, amen.
Evening:
Read the verses again from PSALM 77.
Reflect on all that is said here and then pray to this God we believe in.
Jesus, our Lord and Saviour,
we pause with you in meditation.
We stop…
… and praise you.
We still…
… in worship.
We rest…
… and listen.
Help us follow your words.
In your name, amen.
