Then respond in prayer to this God, our God.
Father God, help us this day to always seek your command.
We turn to you for support in our dark times.
When we feel overwhelmed and under attached,
help us to stay loyal to You and stand in Your truth.
In Jesus’ name, amen.
Midday:
We pray God’s blessing on the Church across the UK.
Let your church be revived for the good news spread in this country, amen.
Evening:
Read the set verses again from 1 SAMUEL chapter 13.
Reflect on what is said here and then pray to this God we believe in.
Jesus, our Saviour and cornerstone.
You are the warrior King who will always fight for us.
We keep our faith only in You,
to build our lives upon.
