Morning:
Reading: 2 SAMUEL 22:47-51.
Meditation: as we pause with God today, we consider these truths.
“The Lord lives! Praise be to my Rock! Exalted be my God, the Rock, my Savior!”
And then respond in prayer with Him –asking, seeking, knocking on Heaven’s door.
Lord God, our Rock!
Praise to you, our Saviour!
You are our deliver.
The one who will free us
from the people, feelings and actions
that oppress us.
In those dark times, we rely on you.
Resting our hearts in the strength of your rock.
All praise and glory to you, amen.
Midday:
Take time to listen for God to speak with you – ask, seek, knock – hear!
We are here Lord, we knock, we seek, we hear, amen.
Evening:
Read the words again from 2 SAMUEL 22:47-51.
Reflect and then pray in response to our God.
Lord Jesus, our Lord and Saviour,
We take time this evening,
at the end of this month,
to reflect and to praise you.
You are the one who saves,
our deliverer.
You are our Rock and our Refuge.
We lift our voices to you in praise.
For your victories we will rejoice!
