Morning:
Reading: PSALM 100.
Meditation: pause with God this new day. Consider these words written here.
“Know that the Lord is God. It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people”
And then turn to pray to God.
Lord in heaven, our Father,
We celebrate in your presence this morning,
worshipping at your feet,
thankful that you made us
and that you we have been chosen as yours.
We will come before you with gladness,
and take that praise with us in joyful steps throughout this day.
In your name, we pray, amen.
Midday:
We pray God’s blessing on the situation in Myanmar.
Bring a peaceful resolution to the conflict, amen.
Evening:
Read the verses again from PSALM 100.
Reflect and then pray to the LORD our God.
Lord Jesus, we turn to look at you this evening,
and see you standing at the gate,
your arms open wide in welcome.
We enter through those gates,
joining the heavenly courts in praise.
In your name we pray, amen.
