Morning:
Reading: PSALM 10.
Meditation: as we pause with Jesus today, we take time to consider these verses.
“You, Lord, hear the desire of the afflicted; you encourage them, and you listen to their cry”
And then pray to Him.
Lord, our King, we turn to You to support
us in each moment we feel afflicted.
We ask for encouragement,
as You listen to the cry of Your children.
In Jesus’ name, amen.
Midday:
Pray the words of the Lord’s Prayer as your own prayer today.
Our Father, who art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts,
as we forgive our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the Kingdom,
the power and the glory, forever.
Amen.
Evening:
Read the verses again from PSALM 10.
Reflect and pray in response to what you read.
Eternal King, Sovereign leader,
the protector of all who turn to You.
We thank You and praise You for
being our champion.
