Remembrance Display

Kirk Open on Saturday 10th November from 10am to 12noon to view the World War I exhibits – over 150 came last Saturday and really appreciated the things on display.   Whether you have a quick look round or spend time reading and watching the powerpoint presentation, it is worth seeing.

And there are refreshments across the road in the Kirkgate Cafe too!

Remembrance 2018

This year Remembrance Sunday falls on the centenary of the armistice at the end of the First World War.    Liberton Kirk is marking this in several different ways, including a display of over 14,000 poppies made by people young and old, far and near.    Details can be found on our website – just click on the poppy!
