Reading: PSALM 95
Morning:
Reading: PSALM 95.
Meditation: as we pause with God, we take the time to consider these verses.
“if only you would hear his voice, ‘Do not harden your hearts’ “
And then pray in response to God.
Lord, great King, ruler above all rulers,
it is your voice that we are listening for.
You plead with us to continue to listen,
you want our hearts to stay loyal to you alone.
Help us to remember all the divine works you do
in our lives and in others.
We reflect this morning on those deeds,
and remember them throughout this day,
in the hope that we will not falter,
but stay devoted to your majesty in all we do.
In your name, amen.
Midday:
We pray God’s blessing on our SEECOS Prayer lists.
We are filled with thankfulness for the wonderful events that are happening this week
but also ask for deliverance from pain and sickness for those in need, amen.
Evening:
Read these words again from PSALM 95.
Take time to reflect and pray to Father God.
Praise to you, our Father, the Rock of our salvation.
Al the end of this day and, for many, the working week,
we pause.
We pause in your presence,
basking in your radiance.
We shout aloud to you,
our hearts soaring to the heavens.
Although our mortal selves can only feel a mere morsel of your power,
we know that your power, love and divine royalty, dwarfs all others.
To this we bow in worship, amen.
