- Precious, chosen, living stones
And then respond in prayer to this Jesus.
Lord, You have called us into Your wonderful light.
You have given us mercy and life.
We have made us the living stones of Your church,
built on the Your message as the cornerstone of hope.
In Your name, amen.
Midday:
We pray God’s blessing on believers in Mozambique.
Bless your children there and keep give them safety and freedom to worship You, amen.
Evening:
Read the set verses again from 1 PETER 2:4-10.
Reflect on all that is said here and then turn to pray to this God we believe in.
Lord, help us stay alive in You.
Help us to look to Your light to guide our steps.
Help us to trust in You every moment of every day,
to live for Your glory.
