Morning:
Reading: PSALM 70.
Meditation: as we pause with God today, we consider this passage this morning.
“You are my help and my deliverer;”
And then respond in prayer to this Jesus.
Lord Jesus, our deliverer,
We praise you this morning
and rejoice and be glad.
We seek you, for you are great!
We rely on you to save us from this broken world.
And ask for your majesty to be seen by all.
In your name we pray, amen.
Midday:
We pray God’s blessing on believers in Yemen.
Bring safety and freedom, amen.
Evening:
Read the set verses again from PSALM 70.
Reflect on all that is said here and then turn to pray to this God we believe in.
Father God, all glory be given to you.
For at your feet we place our hearts.
We bring to you the good and the bad of this day.
And ask for discernment over our deeds.
Have we acted with integrity?
Have we acted in love?
We listen for you.
