Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from Jesus, Saviour and Lord

Meditation : take the time to consider these words on this new day

What is God saying to you from His written Word today?
What is your response?

Then turn to pray to Father God in response
Naming others before Him

In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.

Midday
Take time to listen for God to speak with you at this time of day
Ask and seek and knock……and hear
Father God…thank you.

Evening
Reading : read these verses again from RUTH 1 verses 1-5
Reflect…. and then Pray as your day closes

God of Naomi and the God of today,
My God, our God,
Hear our evening prayers
As we thank you for your help today
As we journey from today to tomorrow
As we name others we care about before you
In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Meditation : take the time to consider these meaningful words again on this particular day
Our resurrection!

What is your response to God’s Word today?
What is your resurrection hope?

Pray in response – to our God , the God who is our Creator God

Pray your own words at the start of this new week
Of praise and worship
Of confession and trust
Of need – for yourself and others
For resurrection hope!

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Midday
Pray God’s blessings on the members of our Guild
O LORD, have mercy on each and all and give blessings we ask

Evening
Reading : read the set passage again prayerfully at the end of your day
Reflect….. and then pray to this powerful God in response

LORD God, the LORD Almighty, hear my prayer this evening.
As I thank you for the blessings of this day
And this great resurrection hope
As I call out to you for others
As I lay myself and this world before you
Trusting you for all that lies ahead in this week
In Jesus’ name. Amen.
