Daily Devotions for Wednesday 24th June, 2020

Morning
Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from God, the Three in One

Reading : EPHESIANS 6 verses 10-20

Meditation : prayerfully consider these words as you step into today.
The whole armour of God.
Notice how the Holy Spirit is involved.
What is God teaching you about spiritual battles from His Word this morning?

Then pray in response to this God of ours
Looking again at verses 18-20

O LORD our God,
Thank you
For your helping Spirit
Even today.
Thank you
For all your provision of armour
Even for today.
O help me
O hear me
In Jesus’ name
Amen and amen!

Midday
Pray God’s blessing on those in need of knowing God’s protection at this time
O LORD, hear our prayers and protect them real good we ask.

Evening
Reading : read the verses again from EPHESIANS 6
Reflect on the words you read and then pray in response

LORD God, powerful God, our God, hear our evening prayers
As we thank you for all You have provided this day
As we thank you for your guiding hand this day
As we believe and trust in You for tomorrow
In Jesus’ name, Amen
