As we journey through this weekend before CHRISTmas Day….. with God – together – you may want to revisit today’s Daily Devotions from ISAIAH chapter 65 verses 17-25 – as we consider TELLING OTHERS THE GOOD NEWS about Jesus through 2023.
We PAUSE with the Lord in prayer as the day closes….
We REJOICE in the help and blessings He has given this particular Saturday – to us and to others
We ASK for His presence, peace and strength – for ourselves and for others in our church family and our nation and in our world at this time – especially prayerfully supporting the people of Ukraine, Israel, Gaza, Somalia and other parts of our world in deep need at this time

Lead us not into temptation

This is our God! The God who gives hope for the future
Sing hymns of praise to the LORD;
play music on the harp to our God.
He spreads clouds over the sky;
he provides rain for the earth
and makes grass grow on the hills.
He gives animals their food
and feeds the young ravens when they call.
His pleasure is not in strong horses,
nor his delight in brave soldiers;
but he takes pleasure in those who honour him,
in those who trust in his constant love
