Reading : LAMENTATIONS 3 verses 1-33

Meditation : prayerfully consider all that is said here.
What words stays with you?
What is your response to God’s Word today?

Then pray in response to this God – our God
Look again at verses 19-26 as you turn to prayer

O LORD our God,
Faithful and loving,
Good and Giver of salvation,
We believe and trust in you
Even for this day ahead
In Jesus’ name
Amen and amen!

Midday
Pray God’s blessing on the persecuted Church in Libya
O LORD, hear our prayers and protect them real good we ask.

Evening
Reading : read the verses again from Lamentations 3
Reflect on the words you read and then pray in response
Using verses 25 and 26 as part of your evening prayer
