Pray to hear and receive from Father God

Reading : Romans 14 verses 1-13
Meditation :   take time and consider these words…is there one verse that speaks to you more?

then pray humbly in response to have a more loving heart towards others
(Pray your own words to the LORD God
In worship and thanks for what you read,
In confession and need to be more like Jesus,
For yourself and for others.)
O LORD, receive our praise and hear our prayers.
Amen.

Take time and listen for God to speak with you at this time of day
Lord, hear our prayers and bless this work real good we ask.

Evening

Reading : read verse 13 again

Reflect on this verse at the end of your day
and Pray in response to the God of perfect Love

Pray to hear and receive from God, the Holy Spirit

Reading : Romans 13 verses 1-10
Meditation : consider the teaching given here….

And then Pray in response to be faithful to God in an unbelieving world
O God
Hear my prayer
Of thanksgiving
Of confession
For others
Bless each one I humbly ask…and add to those who are being saved
Even in our nation..our city..my neighbours..my family
Amen we pray together this new day.

Pray for all in authority in our country, our world and our church
LORD, bless them real good we ask!

Reflect…. and then Pray to this God of perfect love
LORD God, our God, hear our prayers.

Pray to hear and receive from Jesus, Saviour and Lord

Reading :   Romans 12 verses 3-21
Meditation : consider what these words teach us about loving and serving others,
especially within the Church

Pray in response…..to be more like Jesus above all else
O Lord Jesus
Thank You for loving me.
Help me, I ask
To love and serve others
In the same way – even today.

then pray honestly in response…to be a changed person anew…from the inside out

Lord, hear our prayers and bless them real good we ask.

Reflect on how they apply to your life….
and Pray in response to God, to be renewed and changed again…and again
O LORD, hear our evening prayers

Pray to hear and receive from Jesus

Reading : Romans 11 verses 22-36
Meditation : consider what is said here….and how God reaches Jew and non-Jew…

– and then pray in response for God’s salvation to come to all in our world
O LORD our God,
Hear our prayers,
Move among our sinful world we ask
With Your grace and justice, mercy and forgiving love
And may we be careful
To give You all the praise and glory
As we see Your Kingdom come, Your will be done.

Reflect on these words…. and pray to this God in response!
LORD God, our great God,
For all of today
I thank You.
As I put my trust and hope in You alone,
Even for those things that cause me fear and concern at the end of this day
Help me to rest in Your unfailing love and on Your faithful Word
And that You have not forgotten even me.
