Pray God’s blessing on those on our Church Prayer List
Father God, hear our prayers and bless them all real good we ask

Evening
Reading : read this passage again from ISAIAH chapter 52 verses 7-12

Reflect on the words and images here and pray in response to this God

O LORD, hear our evening prayers
As we return our thanks to you
For all you have done for us
We believe Your Good News
Help our unbelief in telling others
As we name others in need before You this evening

Then take time to Pray in response
Looking again at verses 1-4 as your turn to prayer

Father God, hear our prayers, have mercy on each and all we ask

Evening
Reading : read these verses again from ISAIAH chapter 42 verses 1-9
Reflect on the way the LORD’s Servant is described
and pray in response to Him

LORD God, Our God,
Hear our evening prayers
As we return our sacrifice of praise for who you are
And your help even this day
Forgive us our sins
As we forgive those who have sinned against us even today
As we bring ourselves and our world to you at the end of this day.

Evening Prayer with Others

As we step into the weekend….. with God – together – you may want to revisit today’s Daily Devotions from JOHN chapter 3 – as we consider TELLING OTHERS THE GOOD NEWS about Jesus through 2023.

We PAUSE with the Lord in prayer as the day closes

We REJOICE in the help and blessings He has given this particular Friday – to us and to others

We ASK for His presence, peace and strength – for ourselves and for others in our church family and our nation and in our world at this time – especially prayerfully supporting the people of Ukraine, Israel, Gaza, Somalia and other parts of our world in deep need at this time

We YIELD – say Yes – to His Kingdom ways for tomorrow
