Gates and Festivals and Worship

What images or words stay with you?
What words encourage and challenge you today?

And then Pray with honest words to this God of ours in response

Happy are those who have the God of Jacob to help them
and who depend on the LORD their God,
the Creator of heaven, earth, and sea,
and all that is in them.
He always keeps his promises;
He judges in favour of the oppressed
and gives food to the hungry

And so we ask, Holy Spirit,
Have mercy on those we name before you
Give hope and blessing we ask
Amen – we pray together.

Midday
Pray God’s blessing on those on our Church Prayer List
Father God, hear our prayers and bless them all real good we ask

Evening
Reading : read this passage again from EZEKIEL chapter 46
Reflect on the words written here and pray in response to this holy God

Honestly
Humbly

In Jesus’ name, Amen and Amen

Evening Prayer with Others

As we step into the weekend….. with God – together – you may want to revisit today’s Daily Devotions from EZEKIEL chapter 33 verses 1-20 – as we continue to pause in the Old Testament….

We PAUSE with the Lord in prayer as the day closes….

We REJOICE in the help and blessings He has given this particular Friday – to us and to others

We ASK for His presence, peace and strength – for ourselves and for others in our church family and our nation and in our world at this time – especially prayerfully supporting the people of Israel, Gaza, Lebanon, Ukraine, Russia, Yemen and other parts of our world in deep need at this time

We YIELD – say Yes – to His Kingdom ways for tomorrow
