Morning
Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from God, the Holy Spirit
Reading : ROMANS 8 verse 11
Meditation : take time to consider these words of promise this morning.
The Spirit living within.
Jesus Christ raised!
What encourages and challenges you today?
What is God saying to you from His Word?
And then Pray in response
LORD
I look up to you,
Up to heaven, where you rule.
Hear my morning prayer
Hear the morning prayers of your people
As we believe and trust in you
As we hope in you
In Jesus’ name.
Amen
Midday
Pray the Lord’s Prayer as your midday prayer
Our Father, who art in heaven
Hallowed be Your Name.
Your kingdom come
Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread
And forgive us our sins
As we forgive those who sin against us.
Lead us not into temptation
But deliver us from evil.
For Yours is the kingdom, the power and the glory.
Now and for ever
Amen

Reading : read these words again from ROMANS 8 verse 11 at the end of your day
Reflect on these truths as you look back over the day and then Pray in response
LORD

‘God’s Spirit lives in you.’
What are you encouraged and challenged by today?
What is your response to God’s Word today?
Then take time to Pray with and Praise this God of ours
In Jesus’ name.

Pray God’s blessing on those affected by Leprosy in India
Father God, hear our prayers, have mercy and pour out blessings we ask
Evening
Reading : read these words again from ROMANS 8 verse 9
Reflect on the way God has led you in your life
and pray in response to Him
and for others known to you in need at this time
LORD God, the God of help and protection,
Our God,
Hear our evening prayers
As we return our sacrifice of praise for who you are
And the help of your Spirit even this day
As we bring ourselves to you at the end of this day.
As we name others before You.

Asking for His help to please Him – even today

O LORD, hear our prayers and pour out a blessing we ask on this work

As we thank You for Your help in our lives.
