Morning
Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from Jesus

Reading : JOHN 3 verse 16
Meditation : take time and consider all that is said here.
God loves us
God loves all in the world
God showed His love

And then pray in response – as your day starts
Naming others in your family, street, city, and world!

In Jesus’ name, Amen!

Midday
Pray God’s blessing on those on our Church Prayer List
Father God, hear our prayers and bless each and all real good we ask

Evening
Reading : read this verse again from JOHN 3 verse 16
– in another version?
Reflect on the great truths here and pray in response to our Father God

O LORD, hear our evening prayers
As we return our thanks to you
For all you have done for us
We believe
Help our unbelief
As we name others in our family and across the world before You this evening
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Morning
Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from God, the Holy Spirit

Reading : 1 JOHN 3 verses 11-24
‘GIVES’
Meditation : take time to consider these words as your day starts.
Giving in Love to Others.
What words stay with you today?
Who will you give yourself to today?
What gift will you give to them?

Then Pause to Pray in response to the LORD our God
Pray to give rather than receive today.
Pray for 5 to meet with Jesus.
Pray for evidence of God’s Kingdom Love in our world.

Pray your own words at the start of this day
Of praise and thanksgiving
Of confession and trust
For others
For our nation
For our world

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Midday
Pray God’s blessing on those who feel they have nothing to give
God of grace and mercy and rich blessing, hear our prayers we ask
And surprise those we name before you – even today.

Evening
Reading : read these verses again from 1 JOHN 3 verses 11-24
‘GIVES’
Reflect prayerfully on what you read and then pray to our God in response
Pray with thanksgiving for gifts of love received today.
Pray for 5 to meet with Jesus.
Pray for evidence of God’s Kingdom Love in our world.

Loving and Faithful One, hear my evening prayer
As I thank you for your gifts of blessing and creation this day
As I lay myself and this world before you at the end of today
