Have mercy, O LORD

Then pray in response to this God of ours
Pray with honesty
Pray with humility
For our world
For the Church

Pray God’s blessing on the Church of Scotland
O LORD, hear our prayers and bless each and all real good we ask.

Evening
Reading : read the verses again from JEREMIAH chapter 10 verses 23-25
Reflect on the words you read and then pray in response

LORD God, merciful God, our God, hear our evening prayers
As we thank you for all you have provided this day
Our daily bread and living water.
Forgive us our sins
As we forgive those who have sinned against us
Even today

For your Word we can rely on
