Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from Jesus

Reading : MATTHEW 21 verses 1-27
Meditation : take time and consider all that is said here.
Jesus enters Jerusalem.
Jesus goes to the Temple.
Jesus’ Authority questioned.

What images or words stay with you?
What is God saying to you today from His Word?

And then pray in response – as your day starts
Giving thanks for Jesus, the Servant King
Naming others in a place of suffering at this time

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Midday
Pray God’s blessing on children and young people hurt by divorce.
Father God, hear our prayers and bless them real good we ask

Evening
Reading : read this passage again from MATTHEW 21 verses 1-27
in another version?
Reflect on the words and images here and pray in response to our Servant King

O LORD, hear our evening prayers
As we return our thanks to you
For all you have done for us
We believe
Help our unbelief
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
