Look again at verses 1-3

And then pray in response to the LORD our God

O LORD our God,
Hear our cries
And have mercy we ask
In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Midday
Pray God’s blessing on those preaching in our land today
And for this Christian Aid Week
O LORD, God of mercy, hear our cry and pour out blessings we ask!

Evening
Reading : read these verses again from Psalm 57
Reflect on all that is said here by David and then Pray in response to this God
O LORD, our God of mercy,
Hear our evening prayers we ask
As we thank you for what we read
As we look back over our day
As we look ahead to tomorrow
As we name before you those we are concerned about.

O LORD God, hear and answer our prayers.

Reading : read Psalm 53 again as your day ends
Reflect on the truths beyond the words and then Pray to this God …our God
Including for our world in these days
O Father, Son and Holy Spirit, hear our evening prayers
As we praise You for who You are
As we return our thanks to you for the blessings of this day.
As we name others before You.
And as we call out for your saving grace to be poured out in our day.
