Each Tuesday the hall above the Kirkgate Café becomes the Upper Room…..a quiet place with various spaces….comfy sofas, chairs, music, journals, readings…….time out with God…….from 7.30am to 7.30pm. You are very welcome to come and make use of this time and space as and when you want.

At 7.30-8.00am, 12.00-12.30pm and 7.00-7.30pm there are times to share with others in prayer and comment at the Daily Devotions.

The Café downstairs is open from 9.30am-2.00pm Monday – Thursday…..and 5.30-8.30pm on a Tuesday and 6-9pm on a Wednesday evening…..great menu…great prices…..and of course friendly staff!!

*** And on Sunday this week….22nd May 2016      2 – 6pm

The Heart & Soul event will happen in Princes Street Gardens as part of the annual General Assembly of the Church of Scotland….with a lot of tents and a lot more!!     (www.heartandsoul.org.uk has the full programme.)

Liberton Kirk will be there among many, many other churches and groups! Will you?

Look out for the Kirk’s  Pilgrims in Prayer  tent on the east avenue of the Gardens!

What is A C T S all about??
Why will there be dancing statues, pebbles, a wall of thanksgiving and tea-lights???

Please put the date in your diary….pray for the preparations….and maybe volunteer to help handing out leaftets or praying for/with others?  (Alastair Cameron or John Young can give you more details)
