Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from God, the Holy Spirit
Reading : ACTS 20 verses 13-38
Meditation : consider these verses this morning – especially Paul’s farewell words. Which ones stay with you? What is God saying to you today?
And then Pray in response
O God of Perfect Truth,
Hear my morning prayer
And by Your Spirit’s help
Make me a person of truth and encouragement for others.
In Jesus’ name.
Amen we pray together this new day.
Midday
Pray the Lord’s Prayer as your midday prayer
(see Matthew chapter 6 or under the Prayer tab on LK website)
LORD our God, hear our midday prayers we ask.
Evening
Reading : read these verses again
Reflect on Paul’s words in particular and then Pray in response
LORD God, our God, hear our prayers at the end of this day.
