Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from Father God
Reading : PSALM 103
Meditation : consider these words at the start of your day.
What words stay with you? How was the psalmist blessed by God?
Read again verses 1-5 as you turn to Him in prayer.
And then Pray in response to what you have read
Taking time to praise God this morning!
Father, Son and Holy Spirit,
I have read these words
And now I pray for you to work them out
as a living reality in my life – even today.
Pour out blessings that overflow to others I ask.
In Jesus’ name.

Midday
Read Psalm 103 somewhere in quietness…..and give thanks….
Father God…thank you.
Take time to listen for God to speak with you at this time of day
LORD God…thank you.
Evening
Reading : read the verses again from Psalm 103
Reflect prayerfully on these written words…. And then pray as your day closes
LORD God, our great God,
For all of today
I thank You,
Even for those things that have caused me fear and concern.
Help me to rest in Your unfailing love and on Your faithful Word
As I wait for tomorrow.
