Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from Jesus
Reading : JEREMIAH 12 verses 1-13
Meditation : take time to consider these few verses this morning.
Why did Jeremiah question the LORD?
What is your response to God’s Word today?
Take time to Pray in response to this God, our God
O God of truth,
As I read these words
Help me believe
And trust in You
In good times and in hard times.
May Your Holy Spirit work in and through me.
As You were doing through Jeremiah
As You are doing across the world.
Oh surprise us in these days we call out!
In Jesus’ name.
Amen – we pray together.

Pray God’s blessing on those who are feeling alone at this time
Father God, hear our prayers and bless them real good we ask
Evening
Reading : read these few verses again from Jeremiah 12
Reflect on the way God has led you in your life
and pray in response to Him – with thanksgiving
and for others in need at this time as well as yourself
Lord Jesus, hear our evening prayers
As we return our sacrifice of praise
As we bring ourselves to you at the end of this day.
As we name others before You.
