Meditation : consider what happens here in this chapter.
What words stay with you? What is God saying to you today?

then pray to Him in response….

O LORD our God,
Thank you for these words
And all they teach me.
May Your Church be a people
Who ever reach out to others
With the Good News of the Gospel.

In Jesus’ name,   Amen and amen!

Pray God’s blessing on the Messy Church Team at LK

O LORD, show mercy and hear our prayers.

Evening

Reading : read this chapter again

Reflect on the words you have read and then pray in response – to this God, our God

Meditation : take time and consider these verses this morning.

Take time to Pray in response – for others who know of God – but who do not know Him in and through Jesus

Take time to listen for God to speak with you at this time of day
Ask and seek and knock……and hear

Father God…thank you.

Reflect…. and then Pray as your day closes

God of Paul in Athens and the God of today,

Pray in response – as you look at your own church history

And for churches being planted in our world in these times)

Help me to live and speak for You afresh this day
Whatever the circumstances
With the help of your Holy Spirit
In thought and word and action.

O LORD, God of mercy, hear our cry and pour out a blessing!

Reflect on all that is said and done and then Pray in response to this God

As we look back over our day
As we look ahead to tomorrow
As we name before you those trapped in life at this time.

As I thank you
For saving grace and faith
And lives changed – for ever
Even this day!

God of grace and mercy hear our prayers and bless this group real good we ask.

Evening

Reading : read this short passage again from Acts 16

Reflect on the people mentioned in these words…. and then Pray to this God who saves!

LORD God, our God, hear our prayers
As we thank you for all you have given us
And as we give it all back to you
May you continue to reach and save people
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done across our world.
