Pray to hear and receive from the LORD God
Reading :  Romans 12 verses 1 and 2
Meditation :  consider what these verses teach you and say to you this morning….

Pray to God, that your mind, will and body are belonging to Him above all others
LORD God,

Pray for your friend no.3 in the Catching the Wave booklet
Amen and Amen, O God.

Evening

Reading : read the 2 verses again

Reflect on their meaning and then pray in response to Him
O Lord, hear our prayers.

Pray to hear and receive from God, the Holy Spirit
Reading : Matthew 6 verses 28-34
Meditation : take time and consider these words….

Pray in response…asking……and remembering to give thanks!
Father God
Today I ask……
And I give thanks for…..

Pray for those who feel hopeless
God of grace and mercy…and hope, hear our prayers.

Evening

Reading : read the verses again

Reflect on these words again and then Pray in response to Abba Father
Father God, hear my evening prayer.

Pray to hear and receive from God
Reading : 1 John 4 verses 16-21
Meditation :  take time to consider the wonderful truths here about God’s love…

Pray to know this truth as a living reality…..and remember to give thanks!
Father God,
Hear my prayer
And grant my heart’s desire
To be fully loved by You.

Lord, hear my cry from deep within.

Reflect on these words again and Pray in response

Words of trust and thanks – for what God has done today for you
Words of hope and longing – for what God will do in and through you – even tomorrow)
