Upper Room day – time-out with God

Morning
Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from Jesus, Saviour and Lord

Reading : HEBREWS chapter 2

Meditation : take time and consider these verses this morning.
What words stay with you?
What is God saying to you today and what is your response?

Take time to Pray in response – including for others known to you at this time

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Midday
Take time to listen for God to speak with you at this time of day
Ask and seek and knock……and hear
Father God…thank you.

Evening
Reading : read these verses again from HEBREWS 2
Reflect…. and then Pray as your day closes
God of yesterday, today and tomorrow,
My God, our God,
Hear our evening prayers
As we journey from today to tomorrow
In Jesus’ name. Amen.

The Upper Room will be open above the Kirkgate Cafe…a place with space….7.30am-7.15pm

There will be opportunities to pray with others during the day

12noon-12.30pm
7-7.15pm

Hear our prayers this day
As we lay ourselves before you

Pray God’s blessings on the small Church in Laos
And on the NativityLand at Gracemount
O LORD, have mercy on all we call out and pour rich blessings!

Evening
Reading : read the set passage again prayerfully at the end of your day

Father God, hear my prayer this evening.
As I thank you for sending Jesus
