Reading :  Isaiah 56 vs 1-8
Meditation :  consider how God’s salvation is for others still…
and Pray in response to these verses how to share this Good News – even today.
Saviour God of amazing grace,
Thank you for saving me!
Saviour God of amazing grace,
Use me, even me, even today, to tell others of Your Good News in Jesus!
Amen we pray together this new day.

Pray God’s blessing on the residents and staff at Braid Hills Nursing Home.
Father God, hear our prayers.

Evening
Reading :  Isaiah 56 v 8
Reflect on these words again and Pray in response,
Giving thanks for those around the world, and in Liberton, who share the Good News.
O God, hear our evening prayers.

Morning
Reading :   Isaiah 55
Meditation :  consider God’s invitations in these verses…and His sure Word
…and then ‘seek the LORD while he may be found’
O God of Israel, Judah and of Isaiah,
I am so thirsty, so hungry.
I come to You – satisfy me fully I so cry!
Help me trust Your thoughts, Your ways, Your Word
For my life, for others – for this day ahead of me.
And may I burst into songs of praise indeed!!
Amen – we pray together in Jesus’ name.

Reflect on the LORD God, your God
And then humbly Pray to Him in response.

Meditation :   take time and consider Jesus, the Suffering Saviour…for our sakes
…then pray humbly in response
