Reading :  Isaiah 1 vs 1-20
Meditation :   consider Judah’s sinful ways …yet God’s offer of forgiveness
Pray through the words of vs 18-20…and receive…
LORD God, Father God,
I come to You this morning – and You alone.
I need your forgiveness afresh.
In Jesus’s name.
Amen.

Midday
Pray a blessing on those who feel they have no hope or a future.
Lord, hear our prayers.

Evening
Reading :  Isaiah 1 vs 18-20
Reflect on these words again, and the hope they offer and then pray in response
at the end of the day
LORD God, at the end of this Sunday
I bring my evening praise, my prayers, my life
And I now lay them all down before you.
I praise You for being my great and loving God,
God of grace and forgiveness,
Of provision and protection.
Amen and Amen.

Pray for the church to know a Sunday blessing tomorrow as we gather together

Reflect on these words of promise
and call on God

Reading :  Jeremiah 31 vs 23-34
Meditation :  consider all the good things in these verses that God is going to do for His people
and then pray to be a part of it all
O LORD God of these verses,
Our God of grace and compassion,
Who hears our cry for mercy.
Refresh and satisfy Your people anew – according to Your new covenant.
Amen we cry out.

Pray for those who are coming back to their faith in God

Reading :  Jeremiah 31 v 28
Reflect on God’s hand on your life
Pray in response

Reading :  Jeremiah 29 vs 10-14
Meditation :  consider God’s plan for your life – do you need to readjust to His planning?
And then Pray!
LORD
Help me believe and trust that Your plan is always best
Help me seek out and know Your plans – even for me
Teach me
Show me
Equip me
That You might have all the glory!

Reflect on these words
And Pray to God – trusting, asking, seeking His plans.

Reading :   Jeremiah 26 vs 10-24
Meditation :  consider why Jeremiah was threatened with death
Pray for those in our world being persecuted for their faith in Jesus – even today
Father God
Hear our prayers for
Brothers and sisters
Being persecuted for their faith in Jesus.
Help them, strengthen them.
Help their families, grant them Your peace.
Amen – we pray together.
