Reading : 1 Peter 3 verse 17

Meditation :   take time and consider slowly this one verse
What is God saying to you today?

then pray in response for the words to be a reality for you

In worship and thanks for what you have read,
In confession and need,
For yourself and for others in a place of suffering.)
O LORD, receive our praise and hear our prayers.

Pray God’s blessings of grace and peace for another believer
Lord, hear our prayers we ask and bless them real good

And all they teach me.

O LORD, hear our prayers and have mercy we call out

Lord Jesus,
I believe
Help my unbelief….Even now as I read these words
And make me truly more like you.

Take time to listen for God to speak with you at this time of day
Ask…..seek…..knock………..hear!

Reflect on their meaning and then pray to God in response

Meditation :  take time and consider all these words from Peter in this part of his letter.    What was he saying to his readers?
What is God saying to you today? What is your response to Him?

and then pray honestly in response

O LORD God,
God of all truth and justice
Thank you for what we read.
And that You haven’t finished with me yet.
Help me to please You afresh this day
In thought and word and action – whatever the cost.
