O LORD our God,

For your guiding Spirit
Even today.

For all your daily provisions to us
Even today.

Pray God’s blessing on the work of Edinburgh City Mission
O LORD, hear our prayers and bless it real good we ask.

Evening
Reading : read the verses again from John 8
Reflect on the words you read and then pray in response

LORD God, merciful God, our God, hear our evening prayers
As we thank you for all you have provided this day
As we thank you for your guiding hand in our lives
In Jesus’ name, Amen
