Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from Father God

Reading : 2 KINGS 2 verses 1-18

Meditation : consider this passage – about Elijah being taken up to heaven.
What is God saying to you today from this passage?
What is your response to Him today?

Take time to Pray in response to the LORD our God
As you lift your eyes upward this morning.

In Jesus’ Name
Amen!

Midday
Take time to listen for God to speak with you at this time of day
‘Thy Kingdom come’ Father God
LORD our God…thank you.

Evening
Reading : read the set passage again from 2 Kings 2
Reflect on these words…. And then pray to Father God in response
Father God, our gracious God, hear our evening prayers,
As we return our thanks to you for the blessings of this day.
In Jesus’ name we ask, Amen.
