Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from Father God
Reading : JEREMIAH 33 verse 3
Meditation : consider what is said here… at the start of your day.
What is God saying to you from His Word?
What are you calling on God for today?
And then Pray in response to what you have read
Taking time to wait before God
Ask…..seek…..knock…..
In Jesus’ name.
Amen.
Midday
Take time to listen for God to speak with you at this time of day
…..and respond to His voice….
Father God…thank you.
Evening
Reading : read the verse again from JEREMIAH 33
Reflect prayerfully on these words…. And then pray as your day closes

Knock

Call to Prayer with Others
At this time of the day you are invited to pause and pray with others in our city and across the nation.

Upper Room Tuesday where you are
As a Church we have set aside a Tuesday each week and provided a place with space – the UPPER ROOM.
However in these times sadly it is not possible to open and run this space.
But…our Tuesdays can still be an opportunity for time out…..with God
You are invited to pause at some time in your Tuesday and be still with God – Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
You are encouraged to speak with Him…to listen to Him…to receive from Him…
You are invited to share in the Midday Prayer and Evening Prayer that will be posted online at 12noon and 9pm.
We are also encouraged to pray the Lord’s Prayer with others in our city and across our land at 5pm.
You are invited to pray with others in our Church family as we journey through this week together…..and to listen for what God is saying to us in these particular days….
