Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from Father God

Reading : PSALM 75
God the Judge

What is God teaching/reminding you?
What words stay with you?

And then pray in response – as your day starts

Pray your own words of faith and trust to the LORD God, Judge of all

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Midday
Pray God’s blessing on the Bible Society in Armenia
Father God…hear our prayers and bless each and all we ask.

Evening
Reading : read this passage again from PSALM 75
Reflect on the verses and images at the end of your day
and Pray in response this God – with your words of faith and trust

O LORD, hear our evening prayers
As we return our thanks to you
For all your good gifts to us
For our trust and hope is in you
The Judge of all
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

As we journey through this week….. with God – together – you may want to revisit today’s Daily Devotions from PSALM 74 – as we consider TELLING OTHERS THE GOOD NEWS about Jesus through 2023.

We PAUSE with the Lord in prayer as the day closes

We REJOICE in the help and blessings He has given this particular Wednesday – to us and to others

We ASK for His presence, peace and strength – for ourselves and for others in our church family and our nation and in our world at this time – especially prayerfully supporting the people of Canada, Ukraine and other parts of our world in deep need at this time

We YIELD – say Yes – to His Kingdom ways for tomorrow

Pray for our nation

O LORD, hear our prayers and bless this work real good we ask.

Evening
Reading : read the verses again from PSALM 74
Reflect on the words you read and then pray in response

LORD God, merciful God, our God, hear our evening prayers
As we thank you for all you have provided this day
As we thank you for your Church worldwide
As we call out to you for our nation
Have mercy
Give saving grace
We ask

I call to the LORD for help;
I plead with him.
I bring him all my complaints;
I tell him all my troubles.

Take time to listen for God to speak with you at this time of day
Ask, seek, knock….hear!
Father God…thank you.

Evening
Reading : read PSALM 73 again – in another version?
Reflect on the words…. and then Pray….to the LORD our God
