DOES GOD HEAL TODAY?

Morning

Pray to hear and receive from Jesus

Reading : Mark 5 verses 21-43
Meditation : take time and consider these verses and all that happens here!
What is God saying to you today?

– and then pray in response….for yourself and for others
O LORD our God,
Hear our prayers,
Move among Your Church afresh we ask
With Your grace, mercy and healing power.
And may we then be careful
To give You all the praise and glory
As we see Your Kingdom come, Your will be done!
Amen and amen!

Midday

Pray God’s blessing on those who work in a medical centre near you
LORD, hear our prayers.

Evening

Reading : read the words again from Mark 5

Reflect on what they teach you and then pray in response
LORD God, Father God, hear our many different prayers this evening.

Pray to hear and receive from Father God

Reading : Mark 1 verses 29-34
Meditation : consider what is said here by Mark. What is God saying to you today?

Pray in response to live to please God – even today!
Father, Son and Holy Spirit,
I have read these words.
Here I am.
Use even me I ask
That Jesus’ Name is lifted higher than any other.
Amen.

Take time to listen for God to speak with you – ask, seek, knock – hear!
Father God, thank you. 

Evening

Reading : read the verses again from Mark 1

Reflect on the words…. and pray in response
LORD God, our great God,
Bless those I name before You real good
Who need your healing touch.
For all of today
I thank You.
Help me to rest in Your unfailing love and on Your faithful Word.

Pray in response to the God of Elisha, our God
LORD God,

And increase our faith
That we may see your hand of healing at work.

Meditation : take time to consider this part of the Bible – what does it teach you?
Is this your God? How do you respond to Him here?

Pray in response – to ‘the LORD, who heals you’
LORD God,
Thank You for….who You are.
Help me to….trust You more for all You want to do!
Hear my prayer of gratitude this morning.

HOW DOES GOD GUIDE ME?

Morning

Pray to hear and receive from the LORD God

Reading :  Ephesians 1 verses 3-14
Meditation :  take time to consider what is taught here about God’s great plan and purposes

And then Pray in response to ever be a part of it – willingly!
Father God
Teach us to pray aright
And hear our prayers
That Your kingdom come, your will is done
In my life
In my street and community
In my church
In this world.
Amen.
