Morning
Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from the LORD God, the Eternal One

Reading : MATTHEW 5 verse 3

Meditation : take time to consider these words from Jesus.
What do they mean for you?
What is God saying to you today?

Then take time to Pray in response
And for others known to you at this time

LORD God,
Have mercy on us and those we name before you
we ask.
May your kingdom come
On earth as it is in heaven.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Midday
Pray God’s blessing on those who feel poor in spirit at this time
O LORD, hear our prayers at this time of day and have mercy we ask.

Evening
Reading : read the verse again from MATTHEW 5
Reflect on its meaning for you and pray in response…to Father God

O Living and True God, our heavenly Father, hear our evening prayers
And forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sinned against us even today.
Oh pour out a blessing on those we name before you
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Reading : PSALM 119 verse 33

Meditation : take time to consider this verse this Sunday morning.
What is God saying to you today from his Word?
What are you encouraged and challenged by?

Pray in response to what you have read and considered

In Jesus’ name
Today this is my prayer
For I believe and trust in Him
Amen.

Midday
Pray the Prayer for the Month as your midday prayer

O Loving and Merciful God
Make us a People
Of Promised Land living
We call out

Believing your promises O LORD
Make us strong
Trusting your promises O God
Make us more like Jesus
Living out your promises O Lord
Send us out

In Jesus’ name
Amen

Evening
Reading : read Psalm 119 verse 33 again as your day ends
Reflect on the truths beyond the words and then Pray to this God …our God
Including for others known to you in need at this time

O Father, Son and Holy Spirit, hear our evening prayers
As we praise You for who You are
As we return our thanks to you for the blessings of this day.
As we name others in need before You.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Pray in response to the God of Psalm 119

O LORD
Our God
Mighty and Holy One,
Receive our praise
Hear our prayers
And keep us on the right path we ask
As you walk with us this day
In Jesus’ name,
Amen.

Midday
Pray the Lord’s Prayer as your own midday prayer
Our Father, who art in heaven
Hallowed be Your Name.
Your kingdom come
Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread
And forgive us our sins
As we forgive those who sin against us.
Lead us not into temptation
But deliver us from evil.
For Yours is the kingdom, the power and the glory.
Now and for ever
Amen

Evening
Reading : read this verse again from Psalm 119
Reflect prayerfully on the words….. and then Pray in response
Especially for others in need of receiving guidance at this time

Spirit of the Living God, hear our evening prayers at the end of this day
And be with those we name before you.
