Meditation : take time and consider the psalmist’s words.
Consider his song of praise….and his prayer for help.
Which words stay with you today?

and then pray in response to God

O LORD our God,
Hear our prayers, our cries.
And move among us we ask
With Your grace and power, mercy and forgiving love
And pull one and another out of a pit – today.
We are poor and needy
Without you indeed.
Oh hear our prayers, our cries.
Amen and amen!
