Daily Devotions for Thursday 24th December, 2020

Christmas Eve

Morning
Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from Father God

Reading : REVELATION 7 verses 9-17

Meditation : take time and consider this part of Revelation this morning.
Worship in Heaven.
What do these words mean for you?

And then pray in response – as your day starts

Pray your own words to the LORD God
With words of praise and worship

“Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom
and thanksgiving and honour
and power and strength belong to our God
forever and ever! Amen.”

Midday

Pray God’s blessing on those about to birth in our community at this time
Father God…hear our prayers and bless them each and all we ask.

Evening
Reading : read this passage again from REVELATION 7
Reflect on the verses here at the end of your day
and Pray in response to God – our God of heavenly worship

O LORD, hear our evening prayers
As we return our sacrifice of praise to you
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
