What is God teaching you today?

Pray in response…using the words that stay with you from these verses

Pray God’s blessing on the leaders of our banking system
O God…guide and use them for Kingdom good each and all we ask.

Evening
Reading : read these few verses again
Reflect on the words spoken by Jesus, and then Pray in response as the Spirit leads you

Meditation : take time to consider these words of teaching from Jesus
Which words are you drawn to? What do they teach you?
What is your response to God our Father today?

Then take time to Pray to the One who spoke these words

O Lord,
I read these words,
Teach me what they mean for me this day
And how I should then be praying
To please your Father, my Father God
Even this day.
Amen I pray.

Midday
Pray the Prayer for the Month as your midday prayer

God of grace and mercy…and hope, hear our prayers.

Evening
Reading : read these verses again from Matthew 6 about Prayer
Reflect ….look again at verse 10….. and pray with Father God at the end of your day

What is your response to Him?

O Father God,
Our God,
Thank you for these words we read.
Help us to make these words
A living reality…today,
With the help of Your Holy Spirit within us
For of ourselves we fail and fall.
Amen we say together.

Take time to listen for God to speak with you at this time of day
Ask…… seek…… knock……….hear!
Father, thank you.

Evening

Reflect on the truths…and on your day…. and Pray in response – to Father God
(Pray your own words at the end of this day
Words of worship and praise – for who God is
Words of confession and trust – for what Father God has done today for you and for others
Words of hope and longing – for what God will do in and through you – even tomorrow)
