Morning
Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from the Living God

Reading : HEBREWS 3 verses 12-19
Meditation : take time and slowly consider these words.
Which words stay with you?

and then pray humbly and honestly in response to this God

O LORD God,
God of promise
Who speaks to His people,
Hear our prayers
And teach us
In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Midday
Pray for a church near your home to know Sunday blessings
O LORD, God of mercy, hear our cry!

Evening
Reading : read these verses again
Reflect on how they apply to your life…. and then Pray in response
O LORD, hear our evening prayers we ask
And grant us Your rest.

Morning
Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from God, the Holy Spirit

Reading : HEBREWS 3 verses 7-11
Meditation : take time to consider these verses about Rest.
What is God saying to you today from His Word?

And then Pray in response

O God,
Giver of rest,
Hear my prayer
And help me I ask
To learn from Your Word today.
Amen we pray together this new day.

Midday
Pray the Lord’s Prayer as your midday prayer

God of grace and mercy…and hope, hear our prayers.

Evening
Reading : read the verses again
Reflect on these words…. and then Pray to this God
LORD God, our God, hear our evening prayers
And help us, oh help us to learn from these words.

Meditation : consider these verses about Jesus and Moses.
What do they teach you today?

And then take time to Pray in response as God leads you

What is your response to God’s Word today?

Reflect on how they apply to your life….and Pray in response to God, giving thanks for Jesus

As we return our thanks to You for Jesus.

Meditation : take time and consider these great verses about Jesus

What is God saying to you today?

And then pray in response – giving thanks for this Jesus

Receive our morning worship
As we realise again all that Jesus has done and won for us!

What do they mean for you today?
What is God saying to you from them?

And then turn the words into your morning prayer
As you give thanks
As you pray for others

Take time to listen for God to speak with you at this time of day
In the Upper Room….or where you are
Ask…… seek…… knock……….hear!
Father, thank you.

Evening
Reading : read these 4 verses again
Reflect on the words and the promises given and then pray in response to what they say to you
Father God, I bring my grateful praise ….and receive afresh
