Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from Father God

Reading : EXODUS 17 verses 8-16

Meditation :   take time and consider these events – a victory won!
Look again at verses 10-13.
What is God saying to you today?
Is there a specific victory to be won today – for you – for another?

then pray in response – with arms raised

(Pray your own words to the LORD God
In worship and thanks for what you have read,
In confession and need to be more like Jesus,
For a victory for yourself and for others.) 

O LORD, receive my morning praise and hear my prayer.
Oh grant a victory!
In Jesus’ name.
Amen.

Pray God’s blessing on Jacqui Tait, our Church Secretary.
Lord, hear our prayers we ask and bless her real good.

Evening

Reading : read verses 14 and 15 again

Reflect on these verses at the end of your day

and Pray in response to this God of victory
for His Church, for others in need known to you and for yourself
O LORD, hear our evening prayers
And thank You for today’s victories!

Pray for the Leadership Team at LK, leading us in God’s Kingdom work
O LORD, hear our prayers and bless them all real good we ask

Reflect on the words read and then pray in response at the close of your day

LORD God, Father God, our God who provides, hear our evening prayers

Meditation : consider how God provided here.
What is God teaching you today? 

Pray to be used by God wherever He sends you – even today!

Father, Son and Holy Spirit,
